Dr. Hasan Sohaib Murad – Chairman: Dr. Murad is also serving as Chairman Board of Directors of First IBL Modaraba since 2009.

Dr. Hasan Sohaib Murad is serving as Rector of the University of Management and Technology, Lahore. He is the founder member of Board of Trustees of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Trust since its inception in 1990.

Dr. Murad also holds the positions as Chairperson of ILM Colleges and The Knowledge School network.

Dr. Murad is the founder member of Board of Governors of Tricastmedia, an international mobile software technology enterprise.

Dr. Murad also holds the position as Chairperson Association of Academic Quality (AFAQ), Pakistan. AFAQ is an independent, ISO 9001-2008 certified organization dedicated to improving education in Pakistan. AFAQ is a collaborative venture of six not-for- profit organizations working in the education sector.

Dr. Murad was recently appointed as the Chairman of National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) legislature of higher Education Commission (HEC), Government of Pakistan.

Mr. Arslan Khan Khakwani - Director: Mr. Khakwani is a successful technology executive who has enjoyed a distinguished career in multiple fields of expertise. Mr. Khakwani is a young and visionary entrepreneur in the field of information technology. He is the CEO and founder of Tricastmedia, a leading mobile and web solutions provider. Tricastmedia is a Software Services company, providing full spectrum of Software Product Development, Consulting, and R&D Services to ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and enterprise of all sizes, and ranging across multiple business domains

Mr. Khakwani has managed to bring Direct Foreign Investment from two technology giants i.e. Tech Access Dubai and Picsel Technologies UK.

Mr. Khakwani is also serving as member Audit Committee of First IBL Modaraba since 2008.

Mr. Shaheen Rashid – Director: Mr. Shaheen is an Engineer by qualification from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, possesses vast experience in information technology and education sector.

Mr. Shaheen has been serving as Director with First IBL Modaraba since 2008. Beside a Board Member, Mr. Shaheen has also served with Pakistan Water & Development Authority (WAPDA) and IQsoft a software house.

Mr. Naveed Amin – Director: Mr. Naveed is a Fellow Chartered Account by profession. Mr. Naveed is serving as Chairman – Audit Committee of First IBL Modaraba.

Mr. Naveed has served as Chief Executive Officer of Grays Leasing Limited, Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited and SME Leasing Limited a subsidiary of SME Bank Limited. Presently Mr. Naveed is serving as Director-Communication & Business Development of JCR-VIS Credit Rating Company Limited (a credit rating company).
